Payment Terms
• Booking Deposit: Pay 25% of the tour package cost upon confirmation to reserve services. • Payment Notification: Email all payments with transaction details. • Policy Changes: Payment terms may change based on hotel policies or peak season. • No Credit: We do not offer credit facilities.
Before Arrival
• 15 days prior: Pay 50% of the tour package cost. • 7 days prior: Pay 100% of the tour package cost. • Payment Notification: Email all payments with transaction details. • Policy Changes: Payment terms may change based on hotel policies or peak season. • No Credit: We do not offer credit facilities.
Cancellation Policy
• How to Cancel: Send cancellations via email only. • Cancellation Fees: - 45+ days before arrival: No fee. - 45–30 days before: 25% of tour cost. - 30–15 days before: 50% of tour cost. - 15–10 days before: 75% of tour cost. - Less than 10 days: 100% of tour cost.
Refunds
• Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Missing Refunds
